ラオスで非公開会社を設立する際には、
各種資料整備が必要です。
まず、日本側で株主構成や資本金、会社の役員などの必要情報を決定した上で、設立に必要な書類を揃えなければなりません。

上記の書類のうち、代理人への設立委任状を英語で作成し、公証役場での認証、ラオス領事館での認証処理を行います。上記の書類で認証処理が終了次第、これらの書類をラオスへ送ります。後述するプロセスは、すべてラオスにて行うことになります。
また、資本金額や事業内容によって、投資許可証が必要か不要かが変わってきます。投資許可証が必要な場合、投資許可証の取得に実務上３カ月ほど要するため、事前に投資奨励委員会への確認が必要です。
